As a certified project manager (international project management association; GPM-IPMA) I take professionally care of your projects. In this I take profit from the abilities which I got working in different international projects (e.g. in Brasil, Israel, Egypt, Ukraine, Montenegro etc)

Crisis Management
Working many years in different hard- and software projects, crisis is not new to me. It would be a pleasure for me to work out a plan together with you on how to resolve the problems.

Requirement Analysis
A successfull project starts with a precise and professionel requirements analysis. This is the foundation stone for either success or failure - customer delight or customer frustration.

Software Architecture and Design
Object oriented analysis and design also using the UML are part of my service offering. Maintainability, flexibility and the future perspective of your software are at stake.

Quality Assurance / Test
Without quality there is no customer satisfaction. To detect potential problems as early as possible and as a result get them under control at the least possible cost, an integrated quality assurance approach is essential. Software unit tests, integration tests and acceptance tests of course are also part of such an appoach.

Interims team management
You currently are short of resources to lead your employees? No problem. I will be pleased to take over this task in the meantime till you found a suitable candidate.
